Our villas are available on both shared and private basis. In either case you will be serviced by a team of chefs, waiters and housekeepers that will stay with you for your entire stay. Breakfast and dinner - and any other meals you want - will be prepared by your chef in the kitchen of the villa, and served by your waiter.

We only offer half-board. Why? Because we firmly believe we have some of the best food on the island. Furthermore, the night-time atmosphere in our villas is a key element of the experience we want to offer our clients. The dinner meal is a three-course meal - the result of discussions between you and the chef - followed by coffee&tea&sweets.

Please note that we have a small list of wines, the ones we think are the best choices available on Zanzibar. And some of our waiters are pretty good friends with cocktails & drinks (beverage that you bring with you to the villas will have to be consumed inside your room). We do have minibars in all our rooms.

We do not offer self-catering - that is not what we are! What we do offer is personal service and food of high quality, in an amazing atmosphere blending Africa with Arabian Nights!

When booking a double room only, please note that we cannot accept bookings for a room in a particular villa (except for the suite in Villa Palm).

We have a minimum age policy of 10 years (12 years if booking a room in a shared villa). The main reason for this policy is that we work very hard to create this 'Arabian Nights' atmosphere, and we believe that this is a grown-up atmosphere. The other reason is that we have brought a lot of nice things with us from all over, things that are not 'child-proof' and close to impossible to replace.
